You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with anyone under 18 years of age. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service hosts AI-generated visual content displayed with interactive 3D depth effects. Content may include nudity and sexually explicit material. All visual content on the Service is generated by artificial intelligence and does not depict real persons.
All content is labeled as AI-generated in accordance with applicable regulations.
Premium features require payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store or have access to your payment card details or wallet private keys. Depending on your region and the payment methods available, you may pay by cryptocurrency or by card.
Premium access is sold as time-limited passes and/or recurring subscriptions, as described at checkout. Time-limited passes do not auto-renew. Recurring subscriptions (where offered) renew automatically unless cancelled and can be cancelled at any time via the Settings page or support.
All prices shown are final and inclusive of VAT or similar consumption taxes where applicable.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

All content, design, code, and trademarks on the Service are owned by Portality AB or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view content for personal use only.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portality AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is available only in jurisdictions where we have verified legal compliance. Access from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited. We use technical measures to enforce geographic restrictions.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
